Our Background

Who Vaith Is

A Mission Serving in Honesty, Integrity, and Allegiance

Vaith was founded to create a safe, structured, and independent pathway for healthcare workers and patients to report unethical practices, misconduct, and systemic failures within healthcare organizations. A place where organizations can continuously improve their standards and strive for excellence. A supportive route for attorneys to navigate the complex healthcare system becoming a part of the defense or plaintiff team.

Our Founder: Rhonda Oliver, RN

Vaith was organized by Rhonda Oliver, a Registered Nurse with diverse clinical and professional experience across multiple healthcare settings.

Clinical Background

Rhonda’s nursing experience includes:

  • Operating Room nursing

  • Pediatrics

  • Residential Pediatric Psychiatry

  • Experience navigating Nursing Board investigations

  • Certified Legal Nurse Consultant

Her career has provided firsthand insight into both the strengths and vulnerabilities within healthcare systems.

A Second Career Built on Purpose

Nursing was Rhonda’s second career — A path she chose with intention and conviction.

Her decision to enter healthcare was driven by a desire to make meaningful impact, advocate for vulnerable populations, and uphold ethical standards in patient care.

Growing up in the Lehigh Valley, she developed a deep connection to her community and a strong belief in accountability within local institutions that serve patients and families.

Why Vaith Was Created

Through years of clinical practice and professional exposure, Rhonda witnessed  recurring challenges in healthcare:

  • Healthcare staff afraid to report unsafe practices

  • Fear of retaliation

  • Patients unsure where to turn

  • Ethical concerns minimized or ignored

  • Professionals navigating investigations without support

  • Attorney demand to navigate complex medical records

Vaith was created to address these gaps.

Our Core Beliefs

1. Healthcare Transparency Is Essential

Patients deserve safe care. Professionals deserve ethical workplaces.  Meritorious medical cases should receive justice. Non-meritorious claims should be kept out of the legal system. Transparency protects all.

2. Advocacy for Nurses and Healthcare Workers

Healthcare workers often face complex systems when raising concerns. Vaith supports those who act in good faith to protect patient safety and professional integrity.

3. Protection of Anonymity

Fear of retaliation prevents many from speaking up.
Vaith is committed to protecting the identity of individuals reporting unethical practices or misconduct whenever legally possible.

4. Accountability Strengthens Healthcare

Reporting misconduct is not about punishment — it is about restoring standards, improving systems, and protecting patients.

What Vaith Represents

Vaith represents:

  • Independent reporting support

  • Ethical healthcare advocacy

  • Structured documentation and submission pathways

  • Professional guidance in navigating regulatory systems

  • Responsible submission to appropriate oversight agencies

  • Supporting individuals who raise concerns in good faith
